My philosophy as a coach is to always understand deeply my client’s opportunities and needs. I am able to bring to the coaching session empathy and presence to sustain a 45min conversation that is all about the client. Bringing directness to the discussion, I can quickly get the client to open up and engage on the topic at hand. With some level of behavioral flexibility, I am able to be who I need to be for the person I am coaching. This allows for maximum returns for the time set aside for the session.
